Nothing is published at this path. If you were fetching a module, the name is a content hash and changes with every deploy: read the current one out of the document at the root rather than guessing it.
This page is deliberately not a copy of the home page. A 404 that renders as the site makes a missing file indistinguishable from a working one, which is how a broken deploy goes unnoticed.
